We're off to see the Wizard..

Okie dokie,

Well it has been quite awhile since I've been on here. But I'm happy to say that NOW I've been in Naples, Italy for two months and some odd days.
Our apartment here on base is for the most part unpacked and feeling more homey now that I've bought rugs and moved some things around from where Chad originally had them...mahahah! But as always do still have some things to repack & put up and even some more clothes hidden away in our walkin closet that I need to find a place for(BLAH!)

Had to fly over here with out my kitties due to heat restrictions on the airlines in Florida---but now I'm just waiting for my mom to get the arrangments done and I'll know soon *hopefully* when I'll be picking them up from the Airport here! Yay! Even Chad misses them and can't wait for them to get here already!!!

Been working for a month now as a Cashier at the Navy Exchange-Barber & Beauty Salon. And I have to say for once getting a good pay check and even enjoy my coworkers for the most part. Besides learning Italain from a few of the Nationals I work with....hehehe. And when possible getting out and about to check out the local areas.

Gotta finish doing some cleaning on my day off...joy! *not!* but will have to defintely tell you all about my first days here next time. LORDY!

Does it every end???

BLAH!

With everything going on in my life, will some of the chaos ever end??? I just want to curl up in a ball & sleep sometimes I swear!
First my damn passport isn't in yet, only to find out it hasn't come in on time nor even gotten the visa for me to fly with Chad(which is a whole other story) over to Italy. Ok fine, I can deal with it. But come to find out as of last Thursday---we were either told by misinformed people or someone is screwing our flight paperwork up royally.
We were told that we could fly from my Parents to Norfolk, then to Naples from there. Well seems my "ticket" is supposed to be from Jacksonville...And I'm not even living there and haven't for over 4 months. So now we may just have to pay for my ticket out pocket instead of the military paying for it.

Which will make me pissed cause we just had to pay a nice chunk just to fly Chad one way to freakin North Carolina so his family can see him off at Norfolk. We could have waited to see how to fix this mess, but as always we didn't have time to deal with it--- He has to fly on the 26th to head over.
So yeah, I had to drop him off earlier today at the airport so he could spend at least 2 days more with his family before having to fly to Naples.
And I only got to spend maybe two weeks with him while he was on leave---ARGGHH! I'll live I'm sure.

Outside of my traveling drama I can at least try and see this as a good thing. With me having to fly after he already gets there, he can hopfully get housing beforehand and then I can fly with the cats and not have to worry about having to set up a kennel to watch them but instead move straight into an apartment.

***And as a side note which will be a good thing, I'm very happy to say my crazy goober finally made E5!!!!(2nd class petty officer)
I'm very proud of you baby!!! Told ya' you could do it!!!

------------------

Seeing as I've got that out and off my chest, guess I should head to bed. Maybe if I can remember I'll fill in the other small details from the last 2weeks, eh? lol.

I'm alive!!!!

8 Days later!!! MAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! Lordy! Where does the time go these days??? I made it alright back from Missy's.(damn semi-trucks) And was supposed to be in Biloxi again this weekend with my grandparents---hitting up the casinos, but of course it had to rain. And I don't mean just rain, I mean RAIN-THUNDER-LIGHTING and more then just puddles on the bleen't streets. I'm not sure if moms front yard will make it thru the summer. Has had a sizable amount of water holding up in our front yard and at least 4feet up the drive way itself for most of the last couple of weeks. Had started to evaprate but no, had to rain didn't it??? Nothing like taking mucking boots out to check the mail. LMAO! oh well.

Keeping fingers crossed to have some dry weather the next day or so, that way come Monday after my Doctors appointment,Grams & Gramps and I can head on down to Biloxi. YaY!!!

And also hoping chad will keep his word and head down here Weds---though we may be taking a trip either to a hotel in Gulfport or hanging with Missy! lol, whichever long as I get break from this house!!!
(if all REALLY does go my way this week,I'll get a call from PSD saying my passport is in and now on its way to Miami for my visa.)

Ohh kay...my dog is dreaming and making nosies on my bed and my black kitten Paris was sleeping in my lap and I think she just farted something rancid!!?!??!*ewww*
Argh!
Well, guess its time for me to head off to bed. Hope tomorrow turns out nice then maybe I can go to the beach and get some sunburn for once??? LMBO!

Damn its cold in here!!!

I'm over at Missy's finally---but as I've come to expect some things don't change, like trying to kill me with the A/C being on so bleen't low. Seems Melissa likes it freezing and me? well, long as its at 75 I'm fine...just need a ceiling fan and I'm good to go. But yeah. First night here has been relaxing for the most part. Just can't stop thinking of Chad for whatever reason. Seems to happen every time his to be home in abit, that I miss him worse then when the time frame was longer. Why??? guessing it has to do with the anticapation of him being with me again. =)
I've been trying to sleep for the past hour but no luck with chad running thru my head. BLAH! Hopefully this typing isn't waking Missy & Wade up....*sigh*

Besides me avoiding slumber, not too much else going on here.
Guess I should try go sleep again,eh?

ARGGHHH!!!!

Ok, let me re-phrase that I'm allowing myself to be bothered by little things -- there not little!!! Oh my freakin god! What is so hard about putting dishes in the sink???Instead of living them upstairs on furniture w/food in'em or throwing something in the trash???? I'm so FLIPPIN tired of living in this pig pen!!!!!!! I'm sad to say my own mother is no better...And the whole reason she hasn't been working at ANYTHING is so she can babysit dumbass Angela(my younger sister). When in reality all she does literally most days is sit infront of the computer chatting on AKO or IMing people or doing all that plus chatting on the phone with them. And all the while the house IS going to shit---its beyond disgusting in some rooms and most others would take maybe 30mins to straighten up.

AHHHHH!!!! Guess I should really see about going out to see my friend Missy out in Gulfport,Mississippi for the weekend...or maybe all next week as well??? Least till Chad comes home in a week or so from visiting family. Humm....Looks like I'll be taking a little vacation again if all goes as hoped.

Besides all of that, still gotta get over to get copies of the cats' shot records. Then fax those off to bleen't Dam Neck,VA along with sending out my passport for my visa. BLAH!!! I just need to say some prayers or something to have a burst of energy come my way so I can leave this darn house already!!! Looks like I may just hit the bottle this weekend, or as they do down here in the south, "hit the can".
LMAO!
Also should see about calling back that person who called me the other day --- think it was my old friend Justin compton from high school...not sure though cause whoever it was didn't leave a freakin name the darn goober. But will be calling the # to see just who it is I suppose.

Guess I really should hit the hay now. Here's to Hoping Today is better then yesterday was.

Zzzzzz....

Another end to a long yet short day it seems. Thank god I had the urge to actually call the person whom is handling my no-fee passport, even though before now I was assured they'd remember to send it to me once they got it, along with what to do about getting my bleen't Soujorn permit(visa).

Turns out the person forgot and now it will be on its way(friday anyways)and will hopefully be here by this time next week at the latest. Only reason I had to call about it is Chad needed the # of the passport so he could get moving on the travel arrangments. So now I'm under the impression that I WILL get to travel with him even if we don't have quarters right away. Which is what I was thinking before. But as always gotta double check things---- for those with no clue what I'm talking about, it has to do with the military keeping the passports THEY issue until whom ever is holding them has received word that your family has housing overseas before they'll hand it over for them to travel with. Mostly due to dependents traveling ahead of when they were supposed to and actually holding up in Guest lodging that was for families leaving, becoming a burden on the community and sponsers commmand.

Besides all that, only about another week till chad is done with his C-school,wil take 30-days leave and then will spend another week at his family's up in Jacksonville,NC. After that he'll be flying down here to spend the rest of the time till we fly with me at my parents house. He can't get down here soon enough for my taste. My one form of freakin sanity these days.
(I'm excited to leave to say the least, but mostly just miss having my own place and things...ya' know?)

Don't get me wrong; I love my family to death, but they ARE driving me nutts one way or another. Mostly its' me letting little things bother me and caring too much about my siblings F-ing up when I was never allowed to get away with what their doing. I got in trouble for much less----yet god forbid if they would actually GROW UP and start doing what they need to do to make it in the real world.

But whatever. Guess I should just worry about what I'll be doing for the next 3yrs huh? LOL. More precisely at least what needs to be done before I fly.

------
Wouldn't you know? ya' spend a decent amount of money on a damn pedicure & manicure, and the flipping polish on your hand nails chips off not on one, but several within a few hours of getting it done???? BLAH!!! So much for a nice french manicure.
Oh well.
